FPV Fly-Throughs

Video

Showcase your property or business with a continuous FPV shot. No cuts, no jumps or speed ramps. Ideal for cinematic videos that help the viewer understand the flow of the property. Need to be followed at high speeds? FPV flights are also a great way to follow a subject up close even at high speeds. A drone can fit through and fly over objects that a regular camera can't.

Southwest Florida-based media creator, Civil Engineering student, and FAA Part 107 pilot.I’m Anthony Valdes, the owner and operator of Heavens POV Media. My mission is to provide more than just high-end real estate photography and drone cinematography; I provide a commitment to character. Copyright and Licensing

Heavens POV Media LLC owns the copyright to every photograph, video, aerial image, and edited file it creates, and delivering files to a client does not transfer that ownership. These policies apply to all work by Heavens POV Media LLC (“we,” “us”) and to visitors of this website.

Client license. When a client pays in full, we grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered images for the purposes described in the client’s service agreement. The license takes effect only after full payment.

  • Real estate clients: You may use the images to market the specific property, including MLS listings, websites, social media, print materials, and signage. Agents and brokerages may share the images with the property owner and their own marketing vendors.
  • Business clients: You may use the images for your own business marketing, including your website, social media, advertising, and print.
  • Not included: Resale, sublicensing, use for unrelated properties or businesses, submission to stock photo sites or contests, and use of the images to train AI or machine-learning models require our written permission. Additional fees may apply to uses beyond the original scope.

Restrictions. You may not alter the images in ways that misrepresent a property or business, or remove watermarks, metadata, or credits where they appear. Minor cropping and color correction for the intended use are fine.

Portfolio rights. Unless you tell us otherwise in writing before the shoot, we may display the work in our portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials. If you want your property or business kept private, tell us and we will honor it.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Payments for completed services are non-refundable, and so are payments for bookings cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled service time.

  • Services already performed: Payment for shoots, aerial flights, and editing work that has been completed is non-refundable.
  • Within 24 hours: If you cancel or ask to reschedule within 24 hours of the scheduled service, or you are not present or the property is not accessible at the scheduled time, all payments made for that booking are non-refundable.
  • More than 24 hours ahead: Requests made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be rescheduled or credited at our discretion. Any refund of a deposit follows the terms of your signed service agreement.
  • Weather and safety: If we cancel or postpone because of weather, airspace restrictions, or safety concerns, we will reschedule at no extra cost. If we cannot reschedule within a reasonable time, we will refund the unused portion of your payment.
  • How to cancel: Send cancellations and rescheduling requests by phone, text, or email using the contact details below. The time we receive your request is the time of cancellation.

File Delivery and Storage

We deliver final files through Dropbox and keep them available for one (1) month after delivery, after which we may delete them. Please download and back up your files promptly. We are not responsible for files lost or deleted after the one-month period.

Drone Operations, Releases, and Liability

Drone operations. Aerial work is performed by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot in compliance with FAA regulations and applicable local rules. We check airspace restrictions and obtain authorizations where required. We may postpone or decline a flight for weather, airspace, safety, or legal reasons, and we will reschedule with you when that happens.

Permissions and releases. Clients are responsible for confirming they have the right to allow photography and drone flights at the property or business location. This includes permission from owners, tenants, HOAs, and anyone identifiable in the images. We are not responsible for claims that arise from a client’s failure to obtain those permissions.

Limitation of liability. Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost sales or lost business. We are not responsible for loss or damage that results from the client’s failure to prepare or secure the site, or from conditions outside our control.

Website Terms, Privacy, and Contact

Website content. All content on this website, including photos, text, logos, and design, is owned by Heavens POV Media LLC or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our written consent. By using this site you agree to these policies.

Privacy. We collect only the information you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, property or business address, and project details, when you contact us, request a quote, or book a service. We use it to communicate with you, schedule and deliver our services, send invoices, and keep business records. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers we need to run the business, such as Dropbox for file delivery, our photo editors, and payment or scheduling tools, or when the law requires it. Our website may use standard cookies or analytics to understand traffic. You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Copyright infringement. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, email us with your contact details, a description of the work, where the material appears on our site, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized. If we find unauthorized use of our images, we may seek licensing fees, damages, and other remedies available under U.S. law.

Changes. We may update these policies from time to time. The version posted on this site applies to new bookings, and a signed service agreement controls if it differs from these policies.

Governing law. These policies are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Lee County, Florida.
